eDocAmerica's White Paper Study

An independent research firm did a study on a large client of eDocAmerica to compare two years of health care claims of those participants who used the eDoc program against those who did not and to see what impact it had in savings to the health care plan...both in total dollars as well as to the participants. These savings were in addition to deferred office visits (tracked by eDoc) and saved worker productivity.

I have been wanting to call EDOC as I feel EDOC helped save my life. I found a lump on my thyroid last spring when I was up visiting my dying mother. I would then notice the lump when I was at the gym lifing weights. I emailed EDOC and told him about the nodule. Dr. Strode emailed me back and said I needed to have a doctor check it out. I went to see my primary care physician. He said most nodules were not malignant. Because of EDOC, I decided to pursue it further. I made an appointment with a doctor at my local hospital. The first week in October he called and told me I had papillary cancer. I have had my surgery, RAI and am doing well. My path had showed that it has minutely spread to one lymph node. Since, my sister has had her thyroid examined and they think she may have thyroid cancer too.

I just want to say how greatful I am to Dr. Strode and EDOC. I would not have been so aggressive if it were not for Dr. Strode's suggestions.

I don't have a clue who the ePsych is and I've never met him... however every time I ask a question regarding autism he gives me a wealth of information and is always encouraging. Other experiences with eDOC have been positive as well but he stands out. Having a child with a disability is tough enough...it's nice to hear encouraging things from others.

I love e-doc and especially the information I received from your ePsych regarding my son. His responses make me feel like he really cares and I appreciate that as a Mom. Thank you for EDOC. I think this is one of the best benefits that we have as employees...

Dr. Smith, Thanks much. I'm really appreciative of my organization's health care package having this edoc assistance. I imagined it to be very impersonal and cold but as the clinic I attend doesn't lend itself to the on call family doctor relationship that I remember in my younger days...edoc is actually a nice substitute in this fast paced health care world. Keep up the great work.
